What to put in my picture frame?

So, I have this really pretty fairy picture frame in my room and I don't know what to put in it. Have any ideas? Keep in mind that I already have another picture frame with a collage of fun memories from the mainland, as well as a photo garland.

Perhaps you can press things of nature into it if it has a backing. Leaves, flowers,
etc.
