Connection Issues :(

Hello! I wanted to let you know that my school gives cromebooks to students and I want to play Pixie Hollow on mine but every time I try to load up the game it says that it can't connect to the main server. If you get the chance please tell me what I should do to fix this or make the servers compatible with my school network. Thanks!
