| I'm atwitter with creativity lately!

 Book ideas here
 Story ideas galore
 Authors never bored.

 Not exactly sure
When I last caught the book bug
 This welcome feeling.

 Time to fill the page
With prose and words, I suppose
 In this haiku string.

 I remember once
 Writing a haiku garland
 Tying into math.

 In each haiku are
 Seventeen syllables split
 In five, seven, five.

 I can see math in
 Poetry such as haiku
 Just count the stanzas.

 Stanzas seventeen
 Give two hundred eighty nine
 Syllables in all.

 Out of ideas?
There's always room for more prose
 But now, this pen flows.

 I think now's the time
 We were closing this haiku
 Garland, don't you think?

 In Stanza the Tenth
 Are one hundred seventy
 Syllables of prose.

 Eleven verses
Later and I think it's time
 To bid Fare thee well.

It's been a while since my last haiku garland, but hope you liked it.
